Neuroplasticity and the Quantum Field

Linking neuroscience and quantum/unified field theory. The science behind deliberate creation.

This is a brief explanation of the science behind tuning your brainwaves (and the electromagnetic frequencies you are emitting from your body) to connect with/attract any of the infinite potential frequencies that exist in the Universe.

Neuroplasticity is the brain's ability to change itself constantly by creating new neural pathways and losing those which are no longer used. When you think a new thought it creates a new neurological connection, or pathway, in your brain. That new neurological pathway produces chemicals (neurotransmitters) that affect adjacent neurons, muscles, and glands creating a feeling in your body which emits a specific electromagnetic frequency. The more you think that new thought the stronger the pathway becomes and the more you become conditioned to that feeling, therefore, the easier it is for you to emit that electromagnetic frequency. Conversely, if you take your attention away from something, or stop thinking a thought, the weaker that neurological pathway becomes, and the less that particular feeling is produced and thus, the electromagnetic frequency is no longer emitted. If you never think that thought again the pathway will dissolve altogether.

The quantum or unified field theory states that there is energy connecting everything in the Universe. According the most current laws of physics, the fundamental building blocks of Nature are continuous fluid-like substances, spread thinly throughout all of space - called fields. The most familiar examples are the electric and magnetic field. Ripples in these fields "get tied" up into bundles of energy - called electrons - and give rise to light, i.e., electromagnetic waves. All the electrons that exist are not fundamental, they are waves of the same underlying field. Meaning they are all connected. Every electron in your body - indeed, every electron in the Universe - is a tiny ripple of the underlying field, molded into a bundle of energy by the machinery of quantum mechanics. The quantum field is a vast numbers of energy bundles, interacting in a myriad of different ways (explained by the Heisenberg uncertainty principle). Therefore, there are infinite potentials and possibilities present in the field at all times. The Unified field is Energy, with infinite potentials, connecting everything.

Think of a tuner on a radio. If you set that tuner to a certain frequency it can receive the electromagnetic signal and connect with the information on that particular station. Similarly, if you “tune” your thoughts and train your body to emit a particular electromagnetic frequency you can connect with the frequency and information anywhere in the Universe through the unified field. Now, think of downloading information (like a movie) through a wifi connection. The more consistent the connection the smoother and faster the information (movie) will download. However, if the connection is intermittent it may take a very long time to download, if at all. Similarly, if you emit a consistent electromagnetic frequency by consistently thinking thoughts that create particular emotions you are going to “tune into” and “download” that information to your reality. Thus, if you train your brainwaves into a particular frequency you can attract anything you want in the universe and deliberately create your reality.

1. KNOW IT IS DONE

  • FEEL the feeling that IT IS DONE - viscerally visualize through the feeling - until you know in your entire being that this is the truth

  • Let go of all resistance and maintain the Knowingness that It Is Done

2. Stay CONSISTENTLY in Positive feeling vibrations (thoughts)

  • the more Consistent you are the faster the manifestation can come

  • the Universe is only responding to your vibration RIGHT NOW -  consistency is the key - maintain your alignment (positive feeling thoughts) in Each Present Moment

    TOOLS:

    • Visualize - Feel and imagine what you want

    • Act AS IF - think about what you want as if it has already happened. You have it now! Behave and feel as if it was here and you already have EVERYTHING you want right NOW! Believe from the END!

    • Ask for SIGNS - guidance that you are on the path and staying aligned! Also, allow you to “practice” and increase your Certainty - evidence supporting manifestations.

    • Tune/Shift Your Perspective - Focus on ABUNDANCE and having EVERYTHING you want. Switch non-supportive thoughts to supportive thoughts. Change lack to abundance.

      • STOP looking for the problem!

      • Segment intend: Create it the way you want it Ahead Of Time! Get into good feeling space before doing ANYTHING!

      • The world was created to LOVE ME! Focus on the Wonder of WHO I AM!

      • 17 seconds to increase momentum. Train yourself into these habits!

    • List things that get you in the good feeling space - DO THOSE!!

Manifestation Meditation

Infinite possibilities exist now, in the present moment as electromagnetic potentials. You can tune your energetic frequency to match specific potentials, like tuning into a radio station and picking up that frequency. As you tune in more frequently, the more you will maintain a vibrational match to the new potential. When there is a vibrational match between your energy and the energy of the new potential, it will be drawn to you.

Preparation

In the middle of a piece of paper write a letter symbolizing what you want to tune into. The letter represents a possibility - your clear intention of what you want. Draw two wavy-lined circles around the letter to represent the electromagnetic field.

For Example:
C for career
R for relationship
J for job
H four house
W for well-being, etc…

Intention
Set a clear intention. Get specific about what you want. On the left side of the page write the word "Intention" and list the specific aspects of what you want. You can be as general or detailed as you choose. Write anything *except when or how it will happen.

Every time you think of this letter associate it with the meaning you gave it - all of the aspects you just listed.

Elevated Emotions
On the right side of the page write "Elevated Emotions - the Energy of My Future," and list emotions you will feel when what you want manifests. Feel these emotions amplify in your heart's center, radiating out. The more you feel these emotions, the greater your potential to line up with your desire becomes.

Meditation

Begin by finding the present moment. If, at any point you get distracted, simply return to this present moment. Now, tune in to the energy within and the space around your body to activate your theta brainwaves. Focus on the energy at the crown of your head, in the center of your head, your throat, your heart, your solar plexus, your navel and the base of your hips. With each of these take your time and feel it. focus on the energy amplifying, expanding, and filling your entire being. Imagine this energy radiating out.

Extend your awareness out to the space beyond your body, the space beyond your present location, the space beyond the universe, and to the vastness of space beyond all of space. Now take your attention off your body, the environment and time, and become pure consciousness. Unfold as an awareness into this infinite space where all possibilities exist by continuously reinvesting your attention into it. Repeat I AM, I AM, I AM...

Once you have reached a state of pure consciousness remember your letter, and tune in to the potential that already exists in the electromagnetic field. Feel the energy of that potential within you and all around you. You are now broadcasting a whole new electromagnetic signature into the field and creating a vibrational match between your energy and the energy of that potential. Remember your future before it happens. Experience living in that future. Make it as real as possible. Feel the elevated emotions you listed and teach your body emotionally what that future feels like.

Release your intention, as you’ve planted a seed in this infinite field of possibilities. Give thanks, know it is done and let it go. Bless your body, your mind, your soul, your connection to this infinite source energy, and your new life. Bring your awareness back to the present moment and when you are ready, open your eyes. Get up knowing it has already happened and let the synchronicities and new possibilities find you.

25 Reasons I AM Grateful - With a Twist!

Write an appreciation list of 25 things you are grateful for... with a twist!

When you are in a state of appreciation, happiness or joy, you are fully connected to the stream of pure, positive, vibrational energy. The longer you focus on things that feel good, the easier it is for you to maintain (or return to) those good feeling vibrations. Since your brain cannot tell the difference between something that is imagined and something that is a memory, when you appreciate something and speak as if it is already done, you blur the lines between present and future. Thus, when you offer a vibration that matches a future desire, and you focus upon it in a steady way, manifestations come to the vibration. 

This is a fun exercise to do when you want to: amplify your alignment, move into a better feeling space, and tune your vibration to attract new potentials. 

Get a piece of paper (or something to write on) and white numbers 1-25 down the left side of the page. Next to number one (1) write "I am grateful for" and list something that you wanted and now have in your life. It already exists. For example, if you wanted a dog, and you now have a dog write, "I am grateful for my dog, Rover." Then next to number two (2) write something you want in your life, which is not yet manifest, from the perspective that it has manifested. That’s the twist! Imagine you already have it. For example, if you want a new car, but it is yet to come write, "I am grateful for my Tesla Model 3." As you go down your list, alternate between appreciating something you already have and something you still want, written as if you already have it.

For Example:

1. I am grateful for... (write something you already have that you appreciate)
2. I am grateful for... (write something you want as if you already have it)
3. I am grateful for... (write something you already have that you appreciate)
4. I am grateful for... (write something you want as if you already have it)       
.        
.        
.
25. I am grateful for... (write something you already have that you appreciate)

If you would like to take this one step further write, "I am grateful for... because..." And include the emotion you feel when you imagine receiving/realizing the manifestation. Really feel that emotion (e.g., joy, excitement, appreciation, etc.).

Enjoy this process! Gratitude and Appreciation are incredible emotions that allow you to easily access good feeling vibrations and align with the energy of your desires. Once you feel the amplified vibration announce, "Thank you! It is done! So it is, and so be it! Show me!" Let it go and know that the Universe has already prepared it for you. All you have to do is receive your blessing!

***For any exercise/process, only do it if it feels good! This should be easy and fun. If, at any point, you feel that you are forcing or creating resistance - stop - and redirect your attention/focus toward something that feels better. Enjoy!
